IMPORTANT: If your catalog is more than 2 years

old, expect a few price changes. If the price on your order form is outdated, K-GAP will bill you, give you credit or refund as necessary, Call, write, fax or email for an updated catalog. We try to have a new catalog out in Mayor June of each year. The newest catalog is always available at the National Meet in the swap area.

Quantities: Correct ordering lengths are given on our charts. K-GAP will ship whatever quantity you order and cannot be responsible for wrong lengths.

Terms: Postal or express money orders, western union money orders; cashiers checks; personal checks and COD orders are accepted. K-GAP is not set up for credit card charges. Canadian and overseas payment must be in U. S. dollars on a U.S. affiliated bank or by postal or international money order.

Shipping Method: Most orders are shipped by UPS, although we may use DHL and FedEx as well as the Postal Service. A full street address is required for all except postal orders.

Damaged Shipments: All shipments are automatically insured. In case of damage, contact your carrier FIRST, then follow their instructions.

Policy: It is K-GAP's intention to offer the best and most authentic reproduction parts which can be made at a reasonable price. If you are unhappy with your product, please call and discuss the problem.

K-GAP products are guaranteed.

Refunds: K-GAP requests that the customer contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise if there are any problems with the products. Any products returned to K-GAP must be in a like-new condition for a refund to be issued. We prefer that an invoice or copy thereof be included with the return. Call for the mailing address.

Upon receiving your order: Please open your package and check contents upon arrival. Some items should be unpacked and/or uncoiled or laid flat before being stored prior to use at a later date.

Shipping Delays: Expect delays in shipping during June and July due to K-GAP's attendance at Regional and National Meets with the K-GAP stock

FAX and/or EMAIL orders can be accepted with orders to be sent COD at the above number and times.

Foreign Orders: Send order via mail, fax, email. K -GAP will pack, weigh and send back charges for Air Mail or Surface Mail. You choose which method you prefer, send funds and your products will be sent. All orders are insured.
